Dr Fritz Flanderka is a renowned expert in the field of recycling management and packaging law. As Managing Director of the Reclay Group since 2005, he has made a significant contribution to the development of sustainable solutions in recycling and waste management.
Prior to this, he was involved in the development of the dual system in Germany and its European umbrella organisation until 2005 as General Representative for ‘Der Grüne Punkt-Duales System Deutschland AG’ and as Managing Director of ‘Packaging Recovery Organisation Europe s.p.r.l.’.
Dr Flanderka is a sought-after speaker and regular author of specialist articles. He is also the main author of a standard commentary on the German Packaging Act and a member of the advisory board of the Forum ‘Ökologisch Verpacken’.
