Preamble\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Lobbying and Interest Representation Transparency Act, BGBl No. 1 64\/2012 (LobbyG), requires the registration of those bodies and employees of a company whose activities are intended to directly influence certain decision-making processes in the legislation or enforcement of the federal government, the states, the municipalities, and the associations of municipalities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

RecycleMe GmbH enables its partners to fulfil their ecological and social responsibility in the best possible way. It supports the creation of sustainable solutions to close corporate cycles around the world and conserve resources. Transparency, quality, and sustainability are values that RecycleMe GmbH lives by 100% in its dealings with both its contractual partners and its employees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with \u00a7 7 LobbyG, RecycleMe GmbH is committed to the following rules of conduct, which underpin its lobbying activities: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Truthfulness <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

RecycleMe GmbH and its employees are committed to truthfulness towards political institutions, legislative and executive bodies, political decision-makers, the media and the public. All lobbying activities are based on professionalism, transparency, and confidentiality; any misleading errors by using false, incomplete or misleading information is to be avoided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. No unfair influence <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

RecycleMe GmbH and its employees do not exert any influence on officials in the pursuit of their interests that is unfair or inappropriate. In particular, the approach is in line with the legal requirements of the LobbyG and the anti-corruption provisions of the StGB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. respectful and non-discriminatory treatment <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

RecycleMe GmbH and its employees are committed to treating their contractual partners, competitors, and other dialogue partners with respect and without discrimination and respect their professional and personal reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Transparency <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

RecycleMe GmbH and its employees inform officials of their role, identity and specific concerns when they first make contact. Information available to them in the course of their duties shall always be passed on truthfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Conflicts of interest <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

RecycleMe GmbH and its employees shall avoid any actions that may expose a public official to a possible conflict of interest. Insofar as publicly announced incompatibility provisions or relevant restrictions on the activities of public officials exist, these shall be observed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
