All components of a packaging unit are considered for the classification of recyclability according to the minimum standard. The packaging can be made up of different materials. Prefabricated templates provide you with packaging units typical of the market, which you can adapt interactively by specifying the dimensions, color and weights of the individual components.
The classification of recyclability via our tool is based on the minimum standard of the german Central Packaging Register. The basis of the assessment is the collection, sortability and separability of a packaging as well as its compatibility in the recycling process. If there is a change in the legally specified assessment criteria (e.g. minimum standard of the Central Packaging Register), it is not necessary to re-enter the data, as the packaging you have already recorded is automatically reassessed.
